Figure 8 Oat Milk Lattes - 12 oz - 4 Pack

Figure 8 spent over a year developing and perfecting our new, lightly sweetened canned oat milk latte, with the desire to translate our in-cafe specialty coffee experience into a ready to drink, on the go drink.  After many, many rounds of testing various coffees, we felt the best coffee in our roster actually came from a friend of ours, Ernesto Perez, in Veracruz, Mexico.

Ernesto's farm, Finca Fatima, has been in his family for nearly a century, and this particular lot we chose offered hints of chocolate, brown sugar, and almond, attributes that we felt best paired with oat milk and a hint of sugar. The result is a well balanced, creamy latte with a subtle sweetness that, chilled of course, is a refreshing and convenient way to spend a moment with carefully and thoughtfully sourced coffee in the warm Texas sun.
